Satterfield Roofing covers two kinds of roof. We do not spread ourselves across siding, gutters or windows. Shingle work runs in TAMKO and GAF; metal work covers repair through full tear-off and replacement, plus coating for a metal roof that has life left in it.

How we decide
Repair, reroof, or tear off
Shingle: repair or reroof
A shingle roof usually needs a repair when the damage is confined, a lifted section, a leak around a skylight or chimney, wind or hail damage in one area. It needs a full reroof when the shingles themselves are past their working life across the whole roof, not just one spot, or when repeated repairs stop being the better answer. We will tell you which one your roof actually needs.
Metal: repair, coat, or tear off
Fasteners back out, seams separate and coatings wear through long before the panels themselves are finished, and those are repair or coating jobs. A tear off and replacement is for when the panels themselves have reached the end, not just the surface finish. Coating and repainting also extend a metal roof that still has sound panels underneath.

- Five year labor warranty
- Both lines, shingle and metal, carry a five year warranty on our labor. Material warranties come separately from the manufacturer.
- Insurance claims
- We work with your insurance company on all weather related damage: wind, hail and tree damage.
- No money down
- Payment is due on completion, once the work is finished and you have seen it.
- 24 hour turn-around
- We work by appointment. Once one is made, we turn it around within 24 hours.
Military veterans and seniors get 5% off any complete roof and 20% off any repair.
